I build strong, trusting relationships with my clients, who come from a wide range of backgrounds and face various life experiences and medical challenges. Despite their differences, they all share the same goal: achieving better health.
As they embark on this exciting journey toward improved well-being, I educate and support them, celebrating each step they take toward what once seemed difficult or even impossible. As they make health a priority, a remarkable transformation takes place—they start recognizing their own worth. For me, this is the most rewarding part of the process.
Here’s a little about me: I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Mississippi and my Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Southern Mississippi. I’ve worked in a variety of areas, including clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, weight management, fertility, and eating disorders.
Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my husband and our three children. I enjoy traveling, trying new experiences, and staying active through running, tennis, and just about anything outdoors.

To effectively implement a healthy diet and lifestyle, clients must be open to identifying and changing unhealthy habits. That's why my approach goes beyond tradition dietetics. I call it "Holistic Dietetic Therapy"."
