Background

With 20 years as a dietitian, I’ve supported everyone from Olympic athletes to women navigating PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and eating disorders. I spent a decade building and leading the Performance Nutrition Department at the University of Colorado and hold advanced credentials as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) Certified Provider, and Genomic Medicine & Culinary Genomics Course graduate. I use evidence-based strategies and real-life support to help you reach your goals.

My specialties: Performance Nutrition, PCOS, weight management, eating disorders, and metabolic health (including insulin resistance, thyroid, and hormonal support). Whether you’re training hard, rebuilding your relationship with food, or simply want more energy for daily life, I’ll help you create sustainable habits, individualized macronutrient goals that fit your unique needs and ultimately meet your personal goals.

The most common feedback I receive from clients is they appreciate how I break down complex topics—like metabolism and your blood work—into clear, simple explanations that make sense. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and practical tools, so you feel confident and in control of your health. Knowledge is power!

You’ll get my straight talk (I’m a straight shooter!), unwavering support, and commitment to real, lasting change.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me biking, trail running, in the gym, or hanging out with my husband and our dog. I also roast and sell coffee as a side passion project!

Ready to restore your health and fuel life’s adventures? Let’s get started.
