Hi, I’m Kylie Benak, MS, RD — a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people rebuild their relationship with food, body, and wellness after years of “all or nothing” habits.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Florida and my Master’s in Nutritional Sciences from California State University, Long Beach. During my 2.5 years working alongside the Sports Dietitians at University of Florida, I discovered my passion for supporting former athletes as they transition out of sport. That experience inspired my graduate research and the creation of an evidence-based online course designed to help athletes navigate life, nutrition, and identity beyond their competitive careers.
Through my private practice, Reform and Refuel, I now help both former athletes and everyday individuals find balance with food, movement, and self-care—without extremes. My approach blends science and compassion, focusing on building habits that help you feel and perform your best in all areas of life, from work to family to fitness.
Outside of my nutrition practice, I am also a Reformer Pilates instructor, which gives me a deeper appreciation for the mind-body connection and how movement and nourishment work together to support long-term health.
I’m here to help you find balance, build confidence, and feel your best—without extremes. Let's reform and refuel, together!
"My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a realistic, relationship-focused style—helping clients build habits that support long-term health, not restriction. I focus on fueling the body to feel and perform your best in all areas of life—work, family, and beyond—while creating balance with food without guilt. My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and nourished in every phase of life."
