As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), with 10 years in the industry, my expertise spans sports nutrition, tactical performance, weight management, heart health, pediatrics, and women’s health. Some of my favorite projects I've worked on include evaluating supplement availability on military installations, educating service members and athletes on dietary supplements, and ensuring that individuals make informed choices about their nutrition and performance strategies.

Collaboration is central to my practice. I frequently work with strength coaches, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive support systems for my clients. Through this interdisciplinary approach, I ensure that all aspects of nutrition, training, and recovery are aligned for optimal results.

Beyond sports and tactical nutrition, I have extensive experience working in pediatric nutrition, women’s health, and weight management, providing me with a broad perspective on individualized nutrition needs.
