Hi, I’m Kristen, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps people make sense of their bodies—especially when things feel out of balance. Whether you're dealing with PCOS, mood changes, blood sugar swings, or emotional eating, I’m here to help you connect the dots and feel in control again.
My approach is simple, supportive, and rooted in science. You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. We’ll start with 1–2 personalized steps at a time, focusing on what actually works for you. I love teaching clients the “why” behind nutrition—because when you understand your body, you can care for it with confidence.
Expect sessions that feel more like a conversation than a lecture. We’ll talk food, sure—but also sleep, stress, movement, and mindset. All of it matters. Together, we’ll untangle the noise, get curious about what’s going on, and build a plan that feels doable and empowering.
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of being in nature, with my family and animals, and listening to podcasts. I became an RD after spending years stumbling around with my own nutrition— now that I've found what works for me, I’m driven to help others find their way (minus all the stumbling around).
