Background

I bring over three decades of experience as a registered dietitian/nutritionist, dedicated to cultivating a profound and meaningful connection between my clients and food, as well as various sources of nourishment. I identifying as a lover of movement and wholesome cuisine, a Leo, and a believer. My client-centered approach seamlessly integrates the latest nutritional science with the art of living well. I am passionate about equipping my clients with the strategies and tools essential for fostering a positive relationship with food, nourishment, and self. My goal is to support them in leading authentic, radiant, and nourished lives. I am intrigued by exploring how food and eating can function as a symbolic means of communication.

I obtained my bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Michigan State University. Following that, I pursued studies in psychology at Chestnut Hill College for my graduate program and earned a master's degree in Health Care Administration from Marlboro College. My expertise extends to master's level training in motivational interviewing and culinary medicine, offering valuable insights into guiding clients toward a holistic well-being journey. Additionally, I am a registered yoga teacher, passionate about embodied and contemplative movement. I hold licenses in Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida.

I have deep roots in the culinary arts and believe the kitchen can be a healing environment and that there is much to be learned from the “state of the plate”.

Approach

"I guide individuals towards embracing a purpose-driven life through the cultivation of daily rituals and practices that feed their mind, body, heart, and soul. Nourishment is not only the food we consume but also the content we absorb daily. In a culture that often fosters a sense of self-doubt and guilt for prioritizing personal needs, I offer a pathway to decision-making aligned with one's core values. Are you ready to explore the art of making choices in harmony with your core values?"
