Background

I’ve simplified a wellness plan that can be tailored made to each individual that really works as long as you are consistent and take small steps on a regular basis. I’ll be here to cheer you on as you evolve. I've also designed an app that helps you continue the practices we learn together in the long term.

I love to help clients achieve longevity, happiness and enjoy their lives.  This looks different for everyone and it can take some time to figure things out, but together we will get there.

I am  a mother to four teenagers so I’ve gotten a lot of experience in the field. I also have a masters in clinical Nutrition from NYU. I’m a qualified well nourished life coach trained in mindful eating techniques from METI with Andrea Lieberstein. I’m also a graduate of Shanila Sataar’s Flow Breathwork facilitator program. This guided practice involves embodiment, movement, energy science, elemental sciences and ancient wisdom techniques . It’s transformational, I experienced that first hand.  It can help increase your awareness, help you process emotions,  help you take action in your life or even experience creativity surges.

I love yoga, meditation, cooking, walking my dogs and chilling in water: Ocean, pool or hot tub.

I’m truly passionate about food and feeling my best and I’d like to help as many people as I can on their Satiated Life journey.
