Background

Whether you’re looking to manage a health condition or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to guide you with evidence-based strategies and real-world solutions. With nearly five years of experience in diabetes education, weight management, intuitive eating, and eating disorder support, I take a personalized approach to nutrition counseling that leaves space for your unique style, food preferences, and cultural staples. Together we will answer the tough questions, find your “why” and set a clear path to your specific goals. I strive to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore what works best for you.

As a young adult I noticed that myself and those around me were beginning to experience issues with illness and imbalances. Initially these were seen as bad luck, or a rite of passage, but I realized that there were lifestyle factors driving these changes. After years of pursuing every popular extreme diet that promised wellness and vitality, I found a dietitian who was able to help me understand the science behind digestion, absorption, and metabolism and my world changed forever. Once I understood my body and felt better, I wanted to help those around me as well and returned to college to become a Registered Dietitian. I graduated from Oregon State University with my degree in Dietetics in 2020 and have been educating and counseling adults to improve the quality of their diet ever since.

Let’s work together to build a balanced, sustainable approach to food that truly nourishes you!
