From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others with their wellness goals. After exploring various realms of nutrition education and being a nutritionist for many years I knew I wanted to become licensed to practice as a Registered Dietitian. I received a bachelors of science in dietetics, a graduate degree in health education, a teaching license, I have been a wellness program coordinator, taught nutrition classes to all age groups, owned a nutrition coaching business, have my Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license and a Nutrition Psychology certificate, worked in the food industry, and have volunteered throughout my life at food banks and kitchens. I also am a mom of two little kids constantly navigating their palate changes. You can expect from me an open mind, understanding, safe space for discovery and hard conversations if needed, and judgement free support.
"As a Registered Dietitian, I provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate your health and wellness challenges. With a Nutrition Psychology certificate and an interest in our individual relationship we have with food, I will guide you to dig deep into what that relationship feels and looks like. Together, we will discover the barriers that are between you and achieving your wellness goals."
