Background

I became a dietitian after experiencing firsthand how a negative relationship with food can impact both health and happiness. During my freshman year of college, I fell into cycles of restriction, comparison, and binge eating that left me feeling disconnected from my body. Taking a nutrition course changed my life—it helped me see food as fuel, healing, and connection. That realization made me realize my goal and passion was to help others learn how to fuel their bodies, too!

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, LDN) with a Master of Professional Studies in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University. I currently work in collegiate sports nutrition as a fellow, with experience across the Big Ten, ACC, and Ivy League conferences. Beyond sports, I’m passionate about supporting women through every stage of life—focusing on hormonal balance, pregnancy, and menopause, as well as helping those with disordered eating rebuild confidence with food and body.

I also understand the challenges of gut health personally, having navigated sensitivities myself. I specialize in low FODMAP approaches and individualized guidance to help clients reduce GI distress and feel their best. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with compassion—focusing on progress over perfection and creating lasting, sustainable habits.

Originally from Michigan, I grew up a huge sports fan and value connection, community, and balance. Outside of work, I love cooking new recipes, editing fun nutrition content, taking Solidcore and CorePower classes, finding new music, and spending time with family, friends, and reality TV nights!
