I use a functional nutrition approach in my practice, which goes beyond just food and nutrition, but of course we’ll talk about that too! Together, one step at a time, we will explore how to find balance in the many aspects of your well being. I can help you sift through overwhelming amounts of information to focus on what strategies will specifically benefit you—whether that be to improve your heart health, digestion or simply just have more energy to do what you want to do! A perpetual student, I continually strive to keep myself current in an ever-evolving field and add new tools, strategies and resources to share with my clients. I am passionate about what I do and working in private practice allows me to share my knowledge to help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals. I actually also enjoy learning about things other than nutrition. I’ve been learning Spanish and keep trying to learn guitar, a slow process!
