The approach that Kathryn takes with her patients includes adopting an 80/20 lifestyle which stems from the belief that all foods can fit into a weight loss and blood sugar balance plan. Kathryn will focus on not only diet but also quality of lifestyle including stress levels, activity, sleep quality, vitamin and mineral levels, gut health quality and more. Kathryn has assisted many of her patients improve their lab work such as lowering cholesterol levels, lowering blood pressure and lowering blood glucose levels and A1C to normal ranges. Kathryn has successfully aided many patients in coming off medications such as cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar medications with diet and lifestyle changes alone. Kathryn's drive to become a Dietitian stemmed from the realizing the strong connection our mind, body and emotional well being has with the type of food consumed and the type of lifestyle lived.
