Hi, I’m Kate Brien, a registered dietitian and a proud mom of two. My personal struggle with IBS sparked a transformative journey toward better health, and it is what fuels my deep passion for nutrition today. After years of navigating the challenges of IBS, I discovered the importance of uncovering the root causes behind symptoms rather than just masking them. This journey led me to pursue a career in helping others achieve optimal health, with a focus on understanding the "WHY" behind their unique experiences.
I believe in empowering individuals to move beyond fear and restriction, guiding them to a life of freedom, joy, and vibrant health. Through a personalized, compassionate approach, I help my clients regain balance and confidence, enabling them to feel like themselves again. My goal is not just short-term relief, but lasting, transformative results that allow my clients to embrace life fully.
As a mom and health advocate, I understand the importance of balance and long-term wellness, and I am passionate about helping others achieve the same.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Merrimack College and a Master’s in Nutrition and Health Promotion. With over 10 years of experience as a registered dietitian, I have worked across a variety of settings, including acute care hospitals, long-term care facilities, behavioral health hospitals, and community programs. My extensive experience also includes over a decade of 1:1 private practice counseling, where I have had the privilege of working closely with individuals to guide them toward better health and well-being.
