Background

I became a dietitian because I know firsthand how overwhelming nutrition can feel—sorting through conflicting advice, battling food guilt, and trying to do everything "right." But I’ve also experienced the peace and freedom that come from better understanding how to nourish ourselves, and my goal is to empower you to experience that, too.

I earned my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Utah State University and completed my 1200-hour supervised practice through Garden to Table Nutrition. I’ve worked as a clinical dietitian in a nationally ranked hospital, but my passion lies in working one-on-one with people like you—helping you build a balanced, sustainable approach to food that fits your life.

I believe real change comes from sowing small, intentional seeds over time, not from restriction or perfection. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and entirely personalized because your journey is unique. My goal is to help you feel confident in your health, your food choices, and your body.

Since starting my private practice, I’ve narrowed my focus to helping individuals cultivate a balanced relationship with food, optimize athletic performance, and navigate nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum. While these are my specialties, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of nutrition concerns, allowing me to provide personalized, practical guidance no matter where you are in your journey.

Beyond my passion for nutrition, I love to trail run, garden, and share food with loved ones. I’d love to connect and support you on your journey!
