With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian—and more than 20 years as a certified personal trainer—I bring both science and real-world strategies to help you reach your goals. I became a dietitian to cut through the noise, give you the truth about nutrition, and help you understand how your body works. My mission is to empower you with knowledge and practical tools so you can feel in control of your health, not confused by the latest trend.
