Hi, I’m Karin—a registered dietitian with experience in both hospital settings and virtual care. I specialize in supporting women and children, and my approach is rooted in personalization, practicality, and compassion. With so much conflicting nutrition advice out there, I know how overwhelming it can feel. My goal is to help you cut through the noise, feel more grounded in your choices, and build habits that support your health without the pressure to be perfect.
In our sessions, you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where we focus on your goals, your lifestyle, and what truly works for you. Whether you're navigating hormone imbalances, digestive concerns, picky eating, or just want to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to help you create sustainable habits that feel realistic—and empowering.
I hold a Master’s in Nutrition with a Didactic Program in Dietetics, along with an AAS in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Restaurant Management. This background lets me combine clinical nutrition with real-life food skills to help bring more ease and enjoyment to your meals.
Outside of work, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, skiing in the mountains, gardening, diving into a new craft project, or cozying up with a good movie. I believe nutrition should enhance your life—not take it over—and I bring that philosophy into every part of my practice.
I became a dietitian because I believe food can be a powerful tool for both prevention and healing. I wanted to be a trusted support in a space that often feels overwhelming, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.
"My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in real life. I believe nutrition should feel empowering—not restrictive—and that meaningful change happens when things feel doable, not perfect. Whether you're dealing with hormone imbalances, digestive issues, picky eating, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you find what works for you."
