Hi there, I’m Kaitlyn! I have been a registered dietitian for over six years now and love this profession for so many reasons. I have seen the power that creating a balanced, healthy lifestyle has first-hand and am passionate about helping others achieve the same!

We will analyze your health as a whole, listen to what you really need, and create sustainable plans that work with your lifestyle. Your relationship with food should empower you, not hold you back. Together, we’ll build healthy habits that you feel confident you can maintain and hopefully enjoy.
On a personal note, I am a former collegiate athlete and mother of 2 littles. My interest in nutrition began with my own healing journey through disordered eating and fueling for my sports career, but has progressed into a passion to realistically find balance of health in my busy, everyday life as a mom.
In free time, I enjoy trying new coffee shops, going on walks with friends, being an active member our church community, and spending time with family.
