With over 20 years of experience in nutrition counseling and education, Julie Zimmerman, MA, RD, LDN, is passionate about helping individuals make sustainable, meaningful changes to improve their health and well-being. Julie combines evidence-based nutrition science with a compassionate, client-centered approach—meeting people where they are and empowering them to move forward with confidence.
Julie holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and has worked across diverse settings, including clinical practice, community health, private consultation, and educational programs. Her areas of expertise include weight management, intuitive eating, digestive health, heart disease, diabetes, and overall wellness. She believes that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. She works collaboratively with each client to create personalized, realistic plans that support both physical and emotional well-being.
Julie brings a deep understanding of the challenges people face when trying to change habits and able to provide the tools to help them succeed. Whether she’s delivering a workshop, coaching one-on-one, or developing educational resources, her goal is always to make nutrition approachable, positive, and impactful.
"As a registered dietitian, one of the most important messages I want to share with you is this: all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle and still achieve your goals. Whether you want to build better balanced meals, managing a health condition, or simply trying to feel better in your body, there is still room for grace, flexibility, and pleasure in your journey."
