Hi, I’m Johane! When you work with me, you can expect sessions that are supportive, practical, and focused on giving you clear strategies you can use right away. My goal is to help you uncover the root of your symptoms, feel confident about food, and create sustainable habits that fit your life, not a rigid set of rules.
I specialize in gut health and anti-inflammatory nutrition, but I also bring expertise across the full spectrum of nutrition. Whether you’re managing digestive issues, looking to reduce inflammation, or simply want to feel better in your body, I’ll guide you with compassion and real-life strategies that honor the foods you love and the traditions that matter to you.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with degrees in bachelor’s degrees both Exercise Science and Dietetics as well as a master’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science. I’ve spent over 20 years helping people transform their health. My work has been recognized through awards in public health, and I’ve partnered with organizations, brands, and communities to make nutrition more accessible and approachable.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom of five energetic boys who keep me on my toes! I love traveling, exploring different cultures through food, and staying active, whether it’s an obstacle race or just keeping up with my family. Fun fact: I speak three languages and grew up with culinary trained parents who shaped my love for food and nutrition.
I became a dietitian because I believe food has the power to heal, connect, and empower us. Starting my private practice was my way of helping others feel seen, supported, and capable of lasting change. I can’t wait to partner with you on your journey toward better health.
"I specialize in gut health and anti-inflammatory nutrition, while drawing on my expertise as a nutrition professional overall. I partner with clients to uncover root causes and make food approachable and sustainable. As a mom of five, I blend science with real-life strategies, food traditions and compassion, empowering you to heal, enjoy food, and thrive without extremes."
