I am a registered licensed dietitian. I also have a certificate in functional dietetics. I personally struggled with my own health challenges and a functional nurse practitioner helped diagnose me and helped me to improve my health. This gives me a lot of empathy because I must follow a specific diet too and understand the challenges that that sometimes creates.

I am married and have one adult daughter and 2 fur babies.
