A bit about me—I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Wellness and have worked with clients from all backgrounds and life stages, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Before becoming a dietitian, I studied art, and I still bring a creative, open-minded lens to this work. Nutrition, to me, is part science, part mindset, and part self-trust.
