As an experienced dietitian, I specialize in treating eating disorders using a compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-diet approach. I’m grounded in the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES) and deeply committed to helping clients develop a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies—no matter where they are in their journey.
My work integrates evidence-based tools such as motivational interviewing, intuitive eating, and nutritional rehabilitation, tailored to each client’s unique needs and lived experience. I create a safe, collaborative space that honors both physical and emotional well-being, with a strong emphasis on curiosity over judgment and progress over perfection. I’m particularly attuned to the impact of trauma, weight stigma, and disordered eating patterns, and I work to dismantle harmful beliefs around food, exercise, and body image.
In addition to my work in eating disorder recovery, I have a passion for sports nutrition, especially supporting endurance athletes in optimizing their fueling for performance, recovery, and longevity. As someone who participates in endurance sports myself, I understand the balance between athletic goals and whole-body wellness. I enjoy helping athletes of all levels navigate energy needs, hydration strategies, and performance plateaus with practical, evidence-based guidance.
I also work with individuals seeking support for general health and nutrition, including managing chronic conditions, boosting energy, improving digestion, or simply creating more ease and satisfaction around food. My approach in all areas is person-centered, inclusive, and flexible—focused on creating realistic habits that last.
