Hello! My name is Jessica Stingle I’m a graduate from SUNY Oneonta with a B.S in Dietetics and completed my Dietetic Internship at Keene State University. I’ve worked in a variety of community and long term care facilities and am dedicated to making food approachable and creating healthy relationships with our bodies.
With a background in eating disorder, sports, general medical, IDD, vegan/vegetarian, and pediatric nutrition, I have experience in guiding individuals with different dietary needs to achieve the best version of themselves. I take a non-diet approach to nutrition and do not use strict meal plans or restrictions in my counseling. Instead we work together to create goals and tools that will help you navigate food and nutrition in a sustainable way.
With a holistic approach to nutrition, I have worked with specialists, therapists and doctors to provide comprehensive care for individuals. By learning how food affects your body and can be used in treating medical conditions, we can make changes needed for a healthier you long term.
"With years of experience as a community dietitian, I believe that food is medicine and everyone has their own journey and outlook in regard to health. I work with patients to create goals that they can realistically reach to achieve a healthy relationship with food and themselves. I like to focus on food to provide the nutrients needed to fuel your body and aid with medical recovery with minimal supplements."
