Hi, I’m Jessica, a nationally recognized registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on culinary nutrition and communications. I help individuals and families make realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term health—without guilt, extremes, or one-size-fits-all plans.
In our sessions, you can expect practical, personalized guidance that fits your real life — whether you’re looking to manage your weight, feed your family more confidently, plan balanced meals, or build healthier habits. I believe in small, manageable changes and offer evidence-based advice, real-world strategies, and plenty of compassion and encouragement.
I earned my Master’s in Nutrition from New York University and have spent nearly two decades combining nutrition counseling with hands-on culinary support and health education. I’ve worked one-on-one with clients on personalized goals, provided cooking instruction and kitchen coaching, and always emphasize lasting, achievable habit change over quick fixes. I’m also the founder of JessicaLevinson.com, where I share nutritious recipes and tips for busy families.
In parallel, I’ve built a career as a nutrition editor, health writer, and medical content reviewer for outlets like Real Simple, Prevention, and Everyday Health. This work has strengthened my ability to communicate science-based information clearly and compassionately—an essential skill for high-quality care.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of twin teenage girls and love cooking with my kids. I’m a big fan of family meals (and not being a short-order cook!) and believe nourishing food can and should be both simple and satisfying. I became a dietitian to help people feel less overwhelmed and more empowered—and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
"My approach is realistic, supportive, and personalized. I help clients make small, sustainable changes that fit into their real lives.
