Hi, I’m Jessica Jantz, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I help people simplify nutrition and lifestyle changes so they can feel more energized, confident, and balanced in their health—without the overwhelm of dieting or perfection.
In our sessions, you can expect a realistic, supportive approach that focuses on small, sustainable changes. I believe that health isn’t about rigid rules—it’s about finding what works for your life. Together, we’ll explore nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and mindset in a way that feels doable, flexible, and empowering. My goal is to help you create lasting habits that support your blood sugar, energy, and overall wellbeing.
My areas of focus include diabetes and prediabetes, blood sugar management, cholesterol and blood pressure improvement, weight concerns, and emotional eating. I also enjoy working with women navigating midlife changes, helping them feel more in control of their health and energy through gentle, evidence-based strategies.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and have spent most of my career in family practice and community health settings, supporting individuals through all stages of change.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two and love spending time outdoors, experimenting with quick and simple recipes, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. I’m passionate about helping others find joy and confidence in caring for their health, one small step at a time.
I became a dietitian because I wanted to help people cut through the noise of conflicting nutrition advice and discover that healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated. My approach is rooted in compassion, practicality, and meeting you where you are.
I help busy adults simplify nutrition and lifestyle changes through practical, compassionate guidance. My approach blends mindful eating, gentle accountability, and real-life strategies to support lasting change. Clients describe me as down-to-earth, encouraging, and realistic—helping them feel confident in taking small, sustainable steps toward better health.
