Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master's degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has since gone on to obtain her Diabetes Care and Education Specialist credential to further serve those with Diabetes. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician's offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Speaking with Jessica will give you the confidence you have been searching for to build a healthier life with a solid understanding of a healthy diet. Jessica helps clients with a range of goals, from weight loss, muscle gain, improving blood sugar levels, to finding a healthier relationship with food. Jessica's goal is to find the eating style that works for your life, so you do not have to change your life to fit another rigid diet plan. Jessica enjoys an active lifestyle, from walking her two rescue dogs, riding horses, or enjoying time in the gym. Amongst all the activity, she struggles with low blood sugar due to a history of an autoimmune disorder in her pre-teens; because of this she found the power of nutrition early in life and wants to share the power to feel great.
