Background

I’m on a mission to help others return to their body; to reconnect to their inherent intuition around food and movement; to find an enhanced state of ease, clarity, and contentment in life; to find flow. In cultivating a flexible relationship with food (even while managing a health condition) there is freedom from everything that keeps us stuck: negative self talk, obsessive food rules, & mistrust/fear. I'm a RDN with 10+ years of experience and a yoga teacher with 4+ years of experience in a variety of mindfulness based practices. In addition to being formally trained, I have lived experience with trauma, a chronic health condition, and struggles with infertility. I am also recovered from a longstanding eating disorder. I have been where you are and believe you too can reach the other side of your struggles to live your most meaningful life. I’m a compassionate, non-judgmental practitioner who seeks to understand the person as an individual; there is no one size fits all health approach and we all deserve to do what feels best to our bodies and minds. I use a client-centered approach that cultivates a collaborative partnership - no one knows you better than you. My job is to help you uncover! In my time outside of work, I enjoy learning and exploring, which includes reading, camping, road biking, snowboarding, yoga, music, and cooking. I have 2 cats and 50+ houseplants that I LOVE taking care of!
