My name is Jennifer but you can call me Jenny! Before I became a registered dietitian, I struggled with disordered eating, poor body image, weight cycling, had a toxic relationship with food, and struggled with hormonal irregularities. It took me 10 years to ditch the diet cycle which dramatically improved my mental and physical health. While earning my Master of Science in Nutrition and passing the dietitian exam, I knew my passion was going to be helping women overcome years of yo-yo dieting, weight cycling, and balancing hormones. With over 6 years of nutrition experience, I have successfully designed my own approach to living a balanced lifestyle with no food rules so that my clients can start enjoying their lives again. I have helped countless women achieve a lifestyle where they can enjoy fun foods without guilt while still honoring their health all through intuitive eating and mindful eating techniques.
