Hi, I'm Jennifer — a Registered Dietitian since 2006, and someone who truly understands that nutrition is personal. My approach is rooted in empathy, because I’ve been there myself. I’ve struggled with my weight, disordered eating, and food addiction. In my early forties, I made the life-changing decision to undergo bariatric surgery. That experience shaped not just my health, but how I support others on their own paths to healing.
Clients who work with me can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space. I believe in meeting you where you are, and walking alongside you—whether your goals involve intuitive eating, weight concerns, emotional eating, or building a healthier relationship with food. I use evidence-based nutrition therapy with an emphasis on realistic, sustainable change.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring local farmer’s markets, walking my dog, going out to visit new restaurants, and try new foods. I'm a big believer in progress over perfection, and I’m here to help you make peace with food and rediscover confidence in your body.
If you’re looking for a dietitian who combines clinical knowledge with real-life understanding, I’d be honored to work with you.
"I bring empathy and lived experience to my work as a Registered Dietitian. Having personally struggled with my weight, disordered eating, and food addiction, I understand the emotional and psychological complexities of nutrition—not just the science. My own journey towards sustainable health guides me in helping others to heal their relationship with food."
