I support individuals in building a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies using a weight-inclusive, evidence-based approach. My work centers on helping clients move away from food rules, guilt, and body control, and toward nourishment, flexibility, and trust.
I believe nutrition should be accessible, realistic, and individualized. Rather than focusing on weight or numbers, I prioritize health outcomes, quality of life, and behaviors that support both physical and psychological well-being. I integrate CBT-informed strategies to help clients challenge unhelpful food and body beliefs, reduce anxiety around eating, and develop more compassionate self-talk.
My goal is to simplify nutrition while providing education, structure, and support that promote long-term recovery and resilience.
I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and have experience in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, and outpatient eating disorder treatment. Outside of work, I enjoy reading historical fiction and fantasy, crocheting, snowboarding, and hot yoga.
Compassion drives my nutrition counseling approach. I provide each client with a safe and comforting space to process and explore their relationship with food and their body. I empower clients to make their own decisions to support their unique health and wellness goals. I practice with the understanding that nutrition is just one factor that contributes to an individual's overall health. We are all continuously learning and growing from one another. Let's take this journey together!
