Background

I help people who feel consumed by food thoughts, stuck in cycles of guilt and restriction, or unsure what healthy even means anymore. Whether you’re trying to lose weight on your terms, repair your relationship with food, or find peace in your body, I’m here to support you.

This work is personal for me. I’ve lived through the mental tug-of-war—waking up wondering what I was “allowed” to eat, judging my worth by whether I stayed within points, falling asleep feeling like a failure for going over. That kind of thinking used to dominate my life. It was exhausting, and at its worst, it nearly broke me.

But I did the work to change that. Today, I wake up with energy, not anxiety. Food doesn't rule my mind—it fuels my life. I go to bed proud of how I trained my dogs, tended my garden, or beat the next level of my video game. And most importantly, I’m free from the food noise.

Now, I help others get to that place too.

My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with mindful eating and a weight-inclusive philosophy. I specialize in:

Rebuilding trust in your body and with food

Supporting clients with or without weight loss goals

Working through weight stigma and diet trauma

Bariatric nutrition and post-surgery support

Finding satisfaction and balance on your plate

This isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules. It’s about feeling good in your body, making confident food choices, and building a life that feels worth waking up for.

If you—or someone you care about—is ready for a new chapter, I’d be honored to walk with you.
