I am a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), and work with children and adults seeking to manage prediabetes, diabetes and gestational diabetes (GDM). I have experience working in Diabetes and Nutrition for 6 years, my first job upon graduation and have continued in this field. I can also see clients ranging from general nutrition to manage weight, hypertension and hyperlipidemia.  I have experience with a wide variety of conditions and work with people of all ages. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Maryland and Washington D.C. Let me help you improve your nutrition/diabetes-related lab work, relationship to food and even your relationship with your provider. Outside of work -  I enjoy helping others, gardening, dancing, singing and playing tennis. Also, I have two dogs that keep me active.
