Hi! I’m Jade Lee — a registered dietitian based in Austin, Texas. I work with athletes at every level, from recreational and club competitors to collegiate and pros, across sports like swimming, cycling, basketball, soccer, volleyball, weightlifting, Hyrox, CrossFit, track and field, triathlon, and distance running. Through my private practice and roles with USA Track & Field and the USA Swimming National Junior Team, I help individuals fuel with purpose and perform with intention.
Originally from Washington state, I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bastyr University. My background spans eating disorder care at PHP/IOP levels, medical nutrition therapy, and high-performance sports nutrition.
