I’m a Registered Dietitian (MS, RDN, LDN) who takes a weight-inclusive, whole-person approach to nutrition care. I earned my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware and my MS in Science of Nutrition from Marywood University, where I built the foundation of my evidence-based practice. I work with individuals and families of all ages, supporting those managing chronic conditions as well as those seeking preventative wellness. My goal is to look at the bigger picture—your health, lifestyle, and personal goals—to create realistic, sustainable strategies that go beyond the scale and fit seamlessly into everyday life.
