Hi, I’m Ale Penaloza (she/her/Ella), and I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a master’s in nutrition and a focus on behavioral health change. I have over five years of experience helping people build more compassionate and sustainable relationships with food.
My work centers around intuitive eating, neurodiversity, and cultural food traditions. I support clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, executive dysfunction, and sensory sensitivities—especially those who’ve struggled to feel understood in traditional nutrition spaces.
To me, food isn’t just fuel; it’s identity, memory, and connection. I bring a weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned lens to every session, and I approach my work with curiosity, care, and a lot of patience.
