I am a passionate planner and I love making realistic and achievable goals together during our sessions. I hope that clients can take away suggestions to help work toward achieving the goal that we had set. I take a holistic approach to nutrition and feel as though mental health and physical health are deeply intertwined. As a dietitian, I feel as though cultural competence is essential which is why I am confident in tailoring my approach in order to acknowledge cultural differences.
My goal is for patients to feel more happy, confident, knowledgeable, and prepared for life's challenges after our sessions. My own difficulties with health has made me more aware of the tremendous impact which food can have on the body. I hope to inspire and create an environment with you where you feel comfortable to ask questions and share concerns. I love working with people and am extremely patient, compassionate, friendly, and understanding. I can’t wait to get to know you!
Additionally, I continue to stay up to date with current research and trends in order to deliver the best and most accurate care possible. I would like to help clients with disease management, intuitive eating, women’s health, and gut health. In my free time I love being outside in the fresh air, hiking, cooking my favorite meals for loved ones, traveling to beautiful places, and going to the movies. I became a dietitian in order to inspire and help people become the most content versions of themselves.
