Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping women feel strong, empowered, and in control of their health—especially during hormonal transitions like perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS. I also specialize in metabolic health and take a whole-person, science-informed approach that integrates nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset.
Clients can expect practical, personalized guidance rooted in the latest research—whether you’re navigating stubborn weight changes, energy dips, blood sugar swings, or mood fluctuations. I’m here to help you cut through the noise and build sustainable habits that fit your life, not the other way around.
I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California’s School of Gerontology and have worked across clinical, community, and startup settings. My background in mentoring and coaching also helps me bring structure, accountability, and clear communication to our sessions.
Outside of work, I’m always experimenting in the kitchen, walking my dog Westin, or reading up on the latest in brain health and longevity science. I became a dietitian because I believe food is one of the most powerful tools we have for long-term vitality—and every woman deserves support that honors both her biology and her story.
"I blend science and soul—combining evidence-based strategies with coaching that’s empowering, respectful, and deeply personal. I treat the whole person, guided by a deep understanding of female physiology and hormonal health. I listen closely to uncover root causes and help women break free from fads, reconnect with their bodies, and build lasting change—one aligned, intentional step at a time."
