A little about me: Day to day, I spend most of my time at home with my kiddos. I have also worked in public health at WIC for four years now, as a dietitian and certified lactation counselor. I enjoy staying involved at my neighborhood YMCA as a group fitness instructor, weight loss program facilitator, and dietitian.
