Family nutrition has a special place in my heart: pregnancy, postpartum, infancy, toddlerhood, and childhood. With a three year old son and four month old daughter, I am right there with you! I love to journey alongside families, helping you nourish yourself and your kids. Aside from families, I love to counsel every age and stage on a wide range of nutrition-related concerns.
It is my joy to serve as your dietitian.
I follow simple, research-based nutrition practices to improve your health. Nutrition is a science, not an opinion. I hope to help you discern fact from fiction.
Your concerns and goals drive the ideas & education I provide, then I sprinkle in my creativity to personalize your nutrition plan. I am responsive to your questions & needs between appointments because I want you to be successful.
Day to day, I spend most of my time at home with my kiddos. I have also worked in public health at WIC for a few years now, as a dietitian and certified lactation counselor. I enjoy staying involved at my neighborhood YMCA as a group fitness instructor, weight loss program facilitator, and dietitian.
Nutrition and exercise are my hobbies-turned-career, and I would love to share in your journey toward better health!

I help clients of all ages and stages see that “all foods can fit” – even as we work to manage weight, improve heart health, reduce diabetes risk, and so much more. My heart holds a special place for family nutrition: pregnancy, postpartum, infancy, toddlerhood, and childhood. I love helping families get a healthy start. I follow research-based nutrition practices and apply my creativity, too. I offer “straightforward” tips and equip clients to eat healthily on any budget.
