Hi there! I’m Greta - a life-long learner and advocate for healthy, balanced nutrition. While working with me, families/clients can expect a warm personality, an active listener, and evidence based recommendations that are tailored to fit into your life and meet your goals.
I'm passionate about metabolic biochemistry, and how food is medicine that is able to promote mental and physical health throughout the life cycle. I have +6 years of specialized experience in neonatal nutrition, pediatrics, feeding therapy, disordered eating, pregnancy/postpartum care, and inborn errors of metabolism/rare disease. I received my degree from Cornell University, and completed my clinical dietetic rotation with Pennsylvania State University.
At home, I’m a mom of two active toddlers who continue to teach me life-lessons daily. Becoming a mother has molded me into a more understanding and compassionate healthcare provider. I enjoy creatively baking with colorful fruits and vegetables, jogging with my dog, and reading children’s books.
It takes a diverse team to achieve health, let me be a member of yours!
"I listen first, ask questions second, and then listen again! Food is medicine able to promote mental and physical health. There is no “one shoe fits all” solution for nutrition and it is my mission to foster a judgement-free space where we can creatively make individualized evidence-based interventions that best support you or your families goals."
