Background

If you are tired of chronic dieting and want to heal your relationship with food, you are in the right place! I help women create sustainable lifestyle changes to find food freedom and body confidence to become the best version of themselves. Eating to create a healthy lifestyle doesn't need to be complicated or restrictive. Imagine a life where you can stop dieting, eat without feeling guilty, and become more confident in yourself and in your body.

As a Dietitian, I take an intuitive eating, anti-diet, and weight-inclusive approach with each of my clients. No matter who you are or the size of your body, you deserve quality care in creating a healthy relationship with food. My goal is to help you create a lifestyle where you feel like you can thrive!

I earned both an undergraduate degree and masters degree in dietetics from Iowa State University (go cyclones!). Both of which set me up for great success as a dietitian. I have also had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients in my professional career which has helped shaped me into the well versed practitioner I am today.

My passion as a dietitian comes from my own previous personal struggles with food and body image. With this, my personal experience gives me a unique perspective in my practice.

My ultimate goal is to give you the support and education you need to become the best version of yourself. Let's work together to achieve your nutrition related goals. I look forward to hearing from you!!
