Background

My goal in working together is to leave you with clear, actionable steps to improve your life. Rome wasn’t built in a day. But with that said, big change starts with small, consistent actions—and they do add up!

I specialize in disordered eating, PCOS, peri/menopause, and using diet alongside GLP-1 medications—because I’ve lived it. For over 10+ years, I struggled with an eating disorder, excess weight, and undiagnosed PCOS, unsure how to heal myself - physically or mentally. With the help of dietitians, coaches, therapy, and various other modalities, I COMPLETELY transformed from the inside out—and now I want to help you do the same (just, in a lot less time than it took me!)

Those years so fundamentally changed me that I pivoted from a career in corporate finance to nutrition and dietetics. I went back to school and earned a Master’s in Applied Nutrition, became a certified Life Coach, and trained in Motivational Interviewing. In addition to all of this, I’ve been very active in a philosophy-based nonprofit in my local community.

And yes, I hear you! You’re thinking - “What does philosophy have to do with my struggle with food?” A LOT. Believe me.

So much of our struggle with food and nutrition is less about lacking knowledge. (You could easily go to the internet or ChatGPT, or several other platforms). The challenge is less in the information, and more in the DOING. That’s where philosophy in action comes in.

I bring a blend of personal experience and professional expertise—from corporate to clinical—to meet you where you’re at and equip you with the tools you need to move the needle forward.

Let’s Get Started!

P.S. Some fun facts about me – I’ve lived in 4 countries across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. I consider myself a cereal aficionado, and I love the smell of basil! :)

Approach

"Are you open-minded, curious, and able to laugh at yourself? Most women know what to do—they’re just not doing it. It’s not the action that’s the problem, it’s how you’re thinking and feeling about it. Through life coaching, philosophy, humor, and nutrition (if needed), I’ll show you how your brain BLOCKS change—and teach you the tools for how to rewire it. With a lot of love and truth, I’ll challenge you, cheer for you, and help you grow. Are you READY for a new life? Let’s go!"
