Helping people manage their nutrient needs while still enjoying their favorite foods is something I am passionate about. As a dietitian with a master's degree in nutrition, 4 years clinical experience and someone working on becoming a certified diabetes education specialist I am looking to help clients manage their chronic illnesses and comorbidities. I love taking care of my plants, which like humans require different needs and nutrients based on their individual make up. I strive to provide my clients with small realistic changes that can lead to big outcomes. I am passionate about helping each client meet their needs while maintaining a healthy relationship with food. Pre-diabetes and Diabetes are my main areas of focus.
