I’ve been a registered, licensed dietitian for 15 years working in a variety of different environments and in a variety of fields. I expect honesty from my patients as I will provide honest feedback while focusing on the positive so we can build a client-provider relationship on trust. I trust you to be truthful and you trust me to be your advocate for a healthier life. 

A little more about me: I am a mom of two little ones who I adore and are my main source for inspiration. I am very active and enjoy weight training and Pilates as my main forms of exercise which not only helps keep my body healthy but my mind as well. I also have celiac disease which I wasn’t diagnosed with until my late 20s which was a learning experience despite being a dietitian.
