Background

Hi, I’m Erica—a Registered Dietitian who helps people feel confident and capable with food and their health. I take a realistic, compassionate approach that blends evidence-based nutrition with mindful eating, so you can make changes that actually stick. No crash diets, no rigid rules—just simple, sustainable shifts that fit your life. Whether you’re managing a health condition, navigating gut issues, or healing your relationship with food, I’ll meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward.

I hold a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics that I earned through the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Minnesota.  I’ve worked in both clinical and outpatient settings, which has allowed me to support a diverse range of clients and health needs. As part of my commitment to continued learning, I recently earned my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certificate, which allowed me to dive deeper into holistic nutrition.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of family adventures, whether exploring new hiking trails, camping in the north woods, or snorkeling with sea turtles. We also enjoy cooking together and working in our not-so-little garden.

If you're looking for a compassionate partner on your health journey, I’d love to connect.
