Background
I believe everyone should feel great and be able to live life to its fullest. I keep busy by planning my next adventure, reading, forever learning, exploring, laughing, and growing. I have 4 dogs that keep me moving. I find peace in nature and have a positive outlook by keeping things light. I started out in the mental health/ED, and have spent the last 5+ years in dialysis working closely with diabetics, HTN, gut issues, etc. Being able to make a difference is what keeps me motivated.
