Background

I'm Elsie, a Registered Dietitian and Registered Yoga Teacher with a passion for helping women build healthier, happier lives through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits.

I help women improve their metabolism, manage blood sugar, lose weight sustainably, and build a healthy relationship with food—without restrictive diets, calorie counting, or giving up the foods they love. My approach is rooted in the belief that lasting health comes from nourishing your body, not depriving it. Together, we'll create realistic habits that fit your lifestyle so you can feel more energized, confident, and in control of your health.

Growing up during the height of diet culture, I know how easy it is to believe that being healthy means eating less, cutting out entire food groups, or constantly starting over on Monday. Studying nutrition taught me something completely different: true health comes from understanding your body, supporting your metabolism, and building habits you can actually maintain. That realization inspired me to help women break free from the cycle of dieting and finally feel confident in the way they eat.

As a new mom, I also understand that health can look very different during pregnancy and postpartum. Motherhood has given me a deeper appreciation for how much your body changes and how challenging it can be to prioritize your own well-being while caring for a new baby. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, nourishing your body during pregnancy, or rebuilding your strength and confidence postpartum, my goal is to help you feel supported, nourished, and empowered—not pressured to "bounce back."

If you've spent years trying countless diets, tracking calories, or eliminating foods you love only to end up frustrated and right back where you started, you're not alone. My philosophy is simple: I don't teach women how to diet—I teach them how to eat.

Together, we'll learn how to build balanced meals, stabilize blood sugar, support your metabolism, and create sustainable habits that fit your real life. We'll also address the many factors that influence your health—including movement, stress, sleep, mindset, and lifestyle—because true wellness is about so much more than what's on your plate.

My goal isn't just to help you lose weight. It's to help you understand your body, trust yourself around food, feel stronger and more energized, and build a healthy lifestyle you can confidently maintain for years to come. Healthy eating should fit into your life—not take it over. You deserve to feel healthy, confident, and free around food, and I'd love to help you get there.

Who I Help

I work with women who are ready to stop chasing diets and start building a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.

You may be a great fit if you:

Want to lose weight without counting calories, tracking every meal, or eliminating the foods you love.

Have tried countless diets but struggle to maintain your results.

Want to improve your metabolism and manage your blood sugar through realistic nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Struggle with emotional eating, food guilt, or an all-or-nothing mindset around food.

Are pregnant and want evidence-based guidance to nourish yourself and your growing baby.

Are postpartum and want support rebuilding your strength, confidence, and healthy habits while caring for your new baby.

Feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice and want a clear, practical plan that fits your life.
