Background

I am a Registered Dietitian and Registered Yoga Teacher with a holistic, sustainable approach to nutrition and wellness. My focus is on nourishment—not restriction—and helping clients build lasting habits that support energy, metabolism, and overall health.

Growing up in the early 2000s, I was surrounded by diet culture and messages that promoted unrealistic standards and unhealthy relationships with food. Like many, I internalized those beliefs until I began studying nutrition and discovered how misunderstood metabolism and true wellness often are. That realization inspired me to help others break free from diet cycles and reconnect with their bodies in a positive, supportive way.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many individuals who were taught that rigid diets were the key to health and weight loss. They often came to me discouraged, feeling like they had failed, or believing their bodies were broken. The truth is, they hadn’t failed—the diets had failed them. My practice is centered around helping people rebuild trust with their bodies and achieve sustainable results through whole-body health. The key to lasting fat loss, energy, and vitality is supporting your metabolism, not suppressing it. Everyone deserves to understand how their body works and what it needs to thrive.

I believe health is multifaceted—it’s influenced by how we eat, move, think, and live. My work focuses on understanding each client’s unique metabolism and lifestyle so we can create a realistic plan that supports energy, mood, and long-term well-being. I guide clients on what to eat, how to eat, and how to use food to their advantage, empowering them to feel confident, energized, and balanced. Food should fit into your life—not the other way around. Together, we work toward sustainable health, balanced metabolism, and a more peaceful relationship with food.
