Through building a partnership with me, you can expect to find nutrition knowledge and new ideas. You know you best -- by working together we can discover changes and choices that create a sustainable, nutritious lifestyle. During our sessions, I hope we can learn from each other. I enjoy learning and I’m always open to feedback. If you feel the approach we’re using is not helpful, we can try something new!

I became a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist because I love food and I love learning about the human body -- my favorite activity as a kid (second after devouring YA book series in a single sitting) was cooking fun new dishes for my family. Biology was my favorite subject in high school, and nutrition combined both those interests into a career! I hope I can share some of my excitement for nutrition with you. I obtained my Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Illinois State University, and over the past four years I’ve worked in hospitals and in the community with clients from all backgrounds. My current interests include: diabetes, oncology, vegan/vegetarianism, and neurodivergence -- but I’ve done a bit of most things by now!

Eating should not be a chore or an obligation, but something that empowers you to live your life to the fullest. I want you to have a kind and beneficial relationship with food. Now that’s the ideal end goal, but I recognize it can take some time to get there. As long as we don’t shy away from the work, I believe together we can reach that place a little sooner!
