My name is Elizabeth and I’m a licensed registered dietitian dedicated to establishing and maintaining healthy habits for families over time.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and later completed a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons University in Boston, MA.
I then started my journey in prenatal and postpartum nutrition working at the Women, Infants, and Children program where I counseled hundreds of pregnant women and their children
I then moved on to the Preventive Cardiology and Metabolic Clinic for Children at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Divisions of General Academic Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology.
After my experiences with infertility, successful IVF, and the birth of my child, I decided to begin my own practice so I could teach families what I have learned through research and hands on experience.
"Whether you are pregnant, post partum or have older children, food will always play a critical role. However, many people struggle with eating a balanced diet for a number of reasons. This is why I specialize in prenatal nutrition, postpartum nutrition and nutrition during breastfeeding, and pediatric nutrition for the picky eater as well as pediatric weight management. I focus one on one with patients to learn about your goals so we can come up with a plan together that works best for you."
