As your dietitian, my goal is to help you feel more at ease with food, your body, and your health. Clients can expect a supportive, down-to-earth space where we work together to explore habits, challenge diet culture, and build practical strategies that actually fit your life. Whether you're training for competitive, navigating an injury, juggling chronic health conditions, disordered eating, or simplytrying to feel better in your dat-to-day life, I’m here to meet you where you're at.
My work specializes in sports nutrition, intuitive eating, and body image concerns. I work with athletes of all levels—from competitive to recreational—who want to improve energy, strength, and recovery without obsessing over food or chasing unrealistic body ideals. I also support clients dealing with disordered eating, digestive issues, and chronic conditions, helping them reconnect with their bodies and their goals in a healthy, empowering way. I especially love helping clients untangle years of confusion around food and find a more peaceful, empowered way to nourish themselves. I use a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach that’s rooted in evidence, empathy, and real-life flexibility.
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science and am a Registered Dietitian with over 3 years of sports and private practice experience, including working with collegiate athletes, endurance sport teams, and active people from all walks of life. As a former Division I athlete myself, I understand the unique pressure and demands while competeing in sport, as well as the shocking transition that happens as we transition into the later years of our life. I've dedicated my practice to supporting those looking to balance movement and exercise with long-term well-being.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me hiking local trails, cozied up with a book, playing pickleball, or spending time with my dog. I’m a big believer in the power of connection and will always prioritize getting to know my clients on a personal level before initiating an change.
I became a dietitian because I saw how deeply food, health, and identity are intertwined—and how much noise exists around what we “should” be doing. My practice was born out of a desire to help people tune out the chaos and tune into themselves. Helping clients rebuild trust with their bodies and enjoy food again is truly the heart of what I do.
