Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) passionate about helping people create a healthier relationship with food without restriction, shame, or confusion. I hold a Bachelor’s in Dietetics and completed my dietetic internship through a coordinated program from the University of Texas Pan American. I’m also a Registered and Licensed Dietitian.
My approach is realistic, supportive, and personalized. I believe nutrition isn’t just about what you eat. It’s about how food fits into your life. I take the time to understand your goals, routines, preferences, and any challenges you’re facing, so we can work together to create sustainable habits that actually make sense for you. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, navigating a recent diagnosis, or simply trying to feel better in your body, I’m here to support you with evidence-based strategies and compassion.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of 2 beautiful girls and I love birds. I love connecting with people and learning what matters most to them. My goal is always to meet you where you are, and help you feel confident and empowered with food. One step at a time.
